Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have a storefront?

No, we are a home-based bakery. We do not have a bakery case either.

Why can't I find the address for pickup?

Our address is not listed on the website since we are based out of our home. The address for pickup is on your invoice or receipt. Note you will enter at the front gates of the neighborhood. Call or text with any questions.

Do you have items available for same-day pick up?

We have limited items in stock in our freezer: brownies, cupcakes, and muffins. Some may be available to pick up the same day if you contact us. We no longer stock any cakes. All cakes and other custom items require one week advanced purchase.

How far in advance do I have to order for custom items?

All cakes and other custom items require at least one week advanced purchase. You may order months in advance if you wish. Wedding cakes may require more than one week.

Do you use nuts?

We rarely bake anything with nuts and are very careful when we do. We understand cross contamination and do our best to avoid it. However, we do have nuts in our home.

Do you have gluten in your home?

We have celiac, so we understand. Yes, we have very few items with gluten in our home, but we do not bake anything with gluten or have gluten flour. Gluten items are never out while baking, and we are extremely careful to eliminate cross contamination.

Can you accommodate other allergies?

Yes, we are happy to make items free of dairy, eggs, and nuts. Everything is gluten free.

Do you make anything sugar free?

Sorry, we do not bake anything sugar free.

Do you sell yeast breads or cinnamon rolls?

No, we only sell sweet baked goods. We do not sell yeast breads, rolls, or other savory items. Sorry, we no longer sell cinnamon rolls.

Do you use seed (vegetable) oils or artificial food dyes?

We use avocado oil, butter, and Sweetex palm oil shortening. Our chocolate chips do have soy lecithin in them.

We are phasing out items with artificial food dyes. Please note that we still use it for colored frostings, sprinkles, and red velvet cakes. We will note when they are natural dyes.

What gluten-free flour do you use?

We use Bob's Red Mill 1-1 Gluten-Free Flour.

Do you sell wholesale items?

Yes, we offer wholesales prices to local coffee shops and restaurants. Contact us for more info.
